Condition: Very good pre-owned vintage condition. One foot appears to have been replaced. Very minor pitting of silvered mirror backing.
Details: Large round plateau with decorative silver plate frame/base and beveled mirrored glass surface. Silverplated base features six ball feet between Arabesque curves and open latticework. As well as being beveled, the edge is also decorated with small oval cuts. The mirror is held in place by egg & dart silver plated trim. Mirror is backed with black faux leather. Marked on the underside of the frame "EUREKA SILVER CO. QUADRUPLE PLATE" inside a circle with three stars. Also with size "16 in." and model number "228". Often used for vanity display, the large plateaus may also be used as a decorative cake stand.
