Condition: Excellent vintage condition with a lovely patina. Signs of wear are minimal and consistent with age. Please see photos. 

 Details: French sculptor Thomas Francois Cartier was born in 1879 and specialized in sculptures of hunting dogs, lions, and other big cats. His work is characterized by its accuracy. Beginning in 1904 he exhibited his works in the Paris Salon and was awarded a Gold Medal in 1927.
