Antique French Silver Plate Tatstevin/ Wine Tasting Cup

Make:  France, Possibly Boin-Taburet, Paris (Georges Boin & Emile Taburet)

Age:  1873-1901

Construction:  Heavy Silver Plate

Dimensions:  3/4" Tall x 3 7/8" Wide x 3" Diameter

Condition: Very good antique condition. Very minor wear at rim and on some protrusions at back. A few tiny, shallow dings in the center of the cup. Please see photos. 

Details:  Wide shallow cup with convex and concave areas in the sides. Convex center bottom. Attached ring on side of lip facilitates tasting and hanging from a chain/ribbon.  Maker's mark stamped at apex of ring handle.  Mark appears to be the letters G and B inside a rectangle, with a shape between, possibly the stool that identifies Boin-Taburet.
