Details: A male pheasant, his neck feathers ruffled, his wings dropped and his tail extended, stands looking to his left. Head and body are painted in Herend's signature fishnet design in rust. His legs and comb are solid rust. The wings are painted lavender, pink, and deep aqua. The tail displays rust, gold, aqua, and black. The underside of the wings and tail are pale peach, the support "vegetation" is very pale blue. On the bottom of the plain white round base, the figurine is marked with Herend's trademark from the 1960's-1970's in blue. There are also small alphanumerical marks in blue, as well as a stamped/incised "HEREND" mark.
