Construction: Salt Glaze Pottery 

Dimensions: 8 3/4” Diameter x 13” Tall

Condition: Good antique condition. A couple of small chips on the top lip.  Bottom has A couple spider hairlines. Jug is water tight and solid. Please see photos. 

Details: A rare find. This is a work of Nicholas White and his sons, William and Charles, who ran the family pottery from 1865-1886. This nice 2 gallon jug features the pottery stamp on the shoulder, and bold graphics with the merchant name in a patriotic shield topped with a star in a wreath!  Strong Bold cobalt art.
