Condition: Very good pre-owned vintage condition. Minor crazing on each. Please see photos. 

Details: Pair of porcelain plaques depicting 19th century clipper ships under full sale. both are in light burled or birds-eye wood frames fileted in gold with black outer edges. Each has an engraved brass plaque with the title on the frame. Each also has a brief historical description of the ship on the back side along with Wedgwood marks and brass hanging chains. This pair is from a series of porcelain plaques reproduced by Wedgwood from paintings in the collection of the Peabody Museum in Salem, Massachusetts.
