Condition: Very good. Some very minor paint loss, scratches, and wear throughout all ornaments. The bull and multi-colored bird are only painted on the front sides and have therefore rusted on the back. Some have residual adhesive on the backs from how they were previously displayed. Details: These hand painted ornaments are the creation of Hammer Song Tin, a folk art studio by Bill & Betsy Cukla. Each ornament is hand cut and painted. Every ornament except for the bird perched on a branch have a signature that reads “B. Cukla AARFAC 1986.” The letters “AARFAC" stand for Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum, a famous institution in Williamsburg, Virginia where these particular ornaments were originally purchased during a show or exhibit. The original $16.00 price tags are still attached to the horse and lion.
