Details: Glazed pottery ivory teapot encircled with a design of sage colored vines and purple bunches of grapes on both lid and pot. The bottom of the teapot is stamped with the outline of two bare feet.
A native of east Tennessee, artist Beth Dosser Mayhew acquired her BFA in studio art at the University of Tennessee, concentrating in ceramics. She is currently the owner of Barefoot Pottery, a Knoxville studio where she produces functional kitchenware.
