Condition: Excellent pre-owned vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Please see photos. 

Details: Low, round cream and sugar set constructed of unglazed dark blue jasperware.  Neo-classical style decoration featuring scenes from classical mythology and floral motifs.  Creamer depicts classical scenes of a man facing a chariot driven by an angel, and a seated woman and kneeling man with another couple looking on. Trees and small plants are also shown, as well as deciduous trees. Floral garlands are applied at joins of curved handle and spout.  The lidded sugar bowl features classical scenes of women and cherubs, interspersed with floral elements and trees.  Floral garlands joins at base of truncated handles.  Lid is trimmed at edge with a band of repeated acanthus leaves and a small white button on the top of the knob. Both pieces impressed on bottom with "WEDGWOOD" and "MADE IN ENGLAND".
