Condition: Near Fine-Fine condition. Fourteen of the 25 volumes still bear the original shrink wrap. Those that are open show very minimal-minor signs of wear. Please see photos.
Details: Deep cordovan natural grain leather covers with central art reproductions on the front. Ornate gilt decorations and titles on front and back covers as well as on hubbed spines. Pale peach moiré' fabric endpapers and attached satin ribbon bookmark. Gilt page edges all around. Heavily illustrated with reproductions on heavy acid-neutral papers. Part of a 40-volume set, these books are now out of print and hard to find. Included volumes listed below, the first fourteen listed are still in original shrink wrap.
