Condition: Good. Overall wear on the cover and splitting at the top and bottom of the spine. Flyleaf and end pages at front of book are loose from binding, but the remaining pages are intact and firmly attached. There do not appear to be any missing pages, but a few have small tears and creases. Pages are yellowed with very minor foxing. Please see photos.
Details: Soft cover 1851 copy of "The Following of Christ" in four books, an edition of "The Imitation of Christ" by Thomas A. Kempis, a widely read Christian devotional book. The front end page has a hand written note dated June 28th 1866, indicating the book was a gift from a sister to her brother.
