Details: Kraft Foods initially used these small, reusable beverage glasses to package their processed cheese spreads in the 1930s. The glasses were a marketing tactic during the Great Depression, encouraging housewives to purchase Kraft's products by offering the glasses as a free bonus. Once empty, the glasses could be washed and used for drinking. It was a successful packaging campaign and the glasses are still collectible today!
