A mid-to-late 1930s mechanical pigeon racing timer manufactured by A. Plasschaert in Wachtebeke, Belgium. This historic instrument was used to accurately log the flight arrival times of homing pigeons.
Featuring serial number 46578 neatly stamped into the case, this transitional Pre-WWII model boasts heavy brass internal movement plates, a brass-framed day/time clock dial, and a solid oak case featuring classic finger-jointed/dovetailed corners.

- Authentic Typography: The internal frame is deeply stamped with "Horloge Plasschaert (Système breveté)". The front panel retains its original multilingual operational markings: "Duw / Press / Poussez".
- Original Paperwork: The original paper instruction label ("Recommendations for setting the clock") is affixed to the inside of the lid and remains largely intact and fully legible.
- Intact Glass Dials: Both the primary clock face and the top observation viewing ports retain their original thick glass.
- Dimensions: Approximately 6.5” Wide x 7-3/8” Deep x 5.25” High.
