Details: Front cover pulls up to reveal 5 drawers. Holes on the backside push the drawers out. These sets were highly popular in the 1920’s, and typically feature a dark wood box with brass hardware and sliding front panels. The characters on the front panel of this box translate to "Elegant Interest" or "Aesthetic Fun", a common theme for such leisure sets.
