Condition: Excellent antique condition. Wonderfully preserved with no foxing or yellowing. A few small tears in the delicate cotton and and a bit of fraying on the silk ribbon commensurate with age and use. Please see photos.
Details: A beautifully preserved infant christening ensemble from the turn of the century. The set includes a handmade white cotton batiste gown, a matching pin tucked bonnet with silk ribbon, and a pair of delicate knit infant socks. Professionally mounted in a gold-gilt frame with a rich burgundy velvet background.
