Details: Glass cream and sugar in the Bouquet pattern by Fostoria. Each showcases a needle etched trailing floral design and knurled edges around the rim. Fostoria Glass Co. began in Fostoria, Ohio in 1887 before moving to Moundsville, West Virginia in 1891. They were considered on the the leadings producers of elegant glass with over 1000 pattern. The company closed in 1986.
