Details: An exceptional piece featuring the "Ranger" pattern which beautifully depicts a hunt scene centered around a traditional hunter and his loyal dogs. Crafted from mid 19th century smear-glazed stoneware, historical records indicate this specific pattern was registered to renowned manufacturers Edward Walley and J.G.R. Boote at the Villa Pottery in May 1859.
