An exceptional, 100% complete vintage Glynn Scobey Model 400 "Plain" Canada Goose Call package. Handcrafted by legendary call maker Glynn Scobey (1932–2011) out of Newbern, Tennessee, this piece is an absolute time capsule for collectors of vintage outdoor sports gear and American folk art.
Also included are (2) Ducks Unlimited 60th Anniversary calls.
Call Features & Condition:
- Measurements & Material: Measures exactly 6 3/8 inches long, meticulously lathed from beautiful American Walnut with a brilliant high-gloss lacquer finish.
- Signature: Bold, highly legible authentic "Glynn Scobey" hand-signed script on the main barrel.
- Internal Components: Includes the highly sought-after classic long metal reed assembly over the wooden tone board.
- Lanyard: Retains its rare, period-correct original vintage metal coil spring loop lanyard attached to the braided cord.
- Condition Notes: We don't believe this call has ever been used. The wood is gorgeous with no cracks, chips, or major finish wear. As is typical of vintage calls, the stopper is seated firmly in the barrel, and we were unable to gently remove it to photograph the internal components. To prevent any risk of damaging the wood or finish we has left it in place. Please see photos.

- Original Box: Includes the original two-piece orange cardboard box showing Glynn Scobey's iconic Route 3 address. The end cap features the hand-marked checkboxes for "Goose Call", "Plain", and the hand-written "400" model number.
