Condition: Excellent Vintage condition. A few small fleabites. No cracks or crazing. Please see photos.
Details: Small, round pale ivory porcelain individual salts. Each is bellied shape and cinched in at the top by a gold-painted octagonal rim. The sides are hand painted with pink roses, pale green leaves, and training vines. All are marked on bottom in black with cursive 'L' in a circle, with a artist's palette, and 'BELLEEK' below. Lenox was founded in Trenton by a former Design Director for Ott & Brewer, who coined the name American Belleek, and was one of the first American potteries to use the porcelain clay formulations brought to New Jersey by potters from Belleek, Ireland.
