Matt Lively Original Signed Pet Portrait Oil Painting - 3 Dogs (24" x 36")

Details: Beautiful, authentic original painting by the highly acclaimed, contemporary Richmond, VA artist Matt Lively. Known for his masterful, slightly surreal, and deeply heartwarming depictions of animals in scenic spaces, this particular artwork perfectly captures his signature style and artistic voice. The painting is clearly hand-signed "M. Lively" by the artist.

• Subject Matter: A whimsical group portrait of three distinctly unique dogs interacting along a serene shoreline. It features a grey/white speckled pup resting by a ball, a cream-colored dog sporting a small red coat, and a fluffy brown dog overlooking the moving water.
• Dynamic Textures: Executed with fluid, rhythmic, and highly expressive brushstrokes. The artist beautifully brings out the dense, curly textures of the dogs' coats and pairs them with patterned movement in the rich green grass and flowing blue water waves.
• Atmosphere: A lively, multi-subject outdoor scene that balances lifelike animal forms with a dreamy, stylized background landscape.

Condition: Overall Condition: Excellent pre-owned gallery condition. The canvas tension is tight, and the paint layers are vibrant with no visible chipping, cracking, or color fading. Please note there is a light 1.75" scratch in the paint surface (as shown in the last two images).
