Details: Wonderfully detailed rhea egg decoupaged and cut in magnolia floral design. Front is open, the edges following the floral components, sides and back open in tracery design. Branches are modelled with a three dimensional material to lend texture. Pink, peach and light plum magnolia blossoms are centered with hand-set Swarovski crystals in pink, plum and champagne. Green leaves are hand set with deep green Swarovski crystals.
Inside the egg stands a lady in a wide-brimmed hat , dressed in rose and cream standing in front of a curved white metal fence fronted by plants and flowers in shades of pink and lavender as well as a "tree" made of tiny dried flowers.
The egg sits on a pedestal composed of three curved legs on a fluted gold-tone round base. This sits on a white wood/MDF base trimmed with fine gold braid. A large multi-looped bow of sheer rose organza is centered by pale pink hand-molded Fimo roses. The egg is signed on the back near the bottom, among the leaves and flowers "Jane '98". The glass dome fits into a round brown base.
