Condition: Excellent! Signature is pristine in bold blue ink with absolutely no fading or bleeding. Frame and glass are in excellent condition, meticulously cared for in a smoke free environment. No moisture under the glass. The professional matting is perfectly flat, though the photo itself shows very minor waving that is primarily visible when viewed from an angle in certain lighting. Overall an exceptional presentation. Please see photos.

Includes original Certificate of Authenticity (COA) attached to the back, hand signed by legendary BBWAA Executive Secretary Jack Lang. The signing took place on July 17th, 1993. Also includes original photograph of Ted Williams at the exact signing session taped securely to the backing.
