Condition: Very good pre-owned vintage condition. Minor wear and staining consistent with age and use. One plate has a small, shallow chip on it's rim. Another plate has a bit of crazing. Please see photos.
Details: Set of four vintage heavy restaurant-ware dived dinner plates, produced by Shenango China in Newcastle Pennsylvania for the Straus Co. in Richmond, VA. All are in the "Surrey" pattern featuring a urn and garland design around the rim in blue. Marked on the back with "Surrey Pattern, The Straus Co. Richmond, VA".
