Excellent antique condition overall with fantastic historical character. The original brass data identification plate is completely intact, crisp, and clearly reads the 1943 production year. The wood structure is completely solid with no warping or splits, showing only minor, honest surface wear, scuffs, and character marks from its military history. Perfect as a standalone display piece, a storage valet, or to complete an authentic WWII naval optics set.
