Vintage 1956 Leopold Stickley Cherry Wood Desk Caddy/Organizer, Dated

An authentic vintage Leopold Stickley solid cherry wood caddy, handcrafted by L. & J.G. Stickley, Inc. in Fayetteville, New York.

This exceptional piece features an exact production date stamp on the bottom label: November 29, 1956.

The caddy is beautifully constructed from solid cherry with a rich, warm patina and prominent grain patterns. It features a classic two-sided compartment design divided by a decorative scalloped center panel with an integrated cutout carrying handle. The exterior corners showcase traditional, high-quality miter joints reinforced with contrasting wooden splines for superior durability.

The underside preserves its complete historical markings, including the branded "Stickley Fayetteville" workshop stamp, the "Important Instructions" care label, and the iconic "Leopold Stickley Original" silhouette paper cartouche.

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition with beautiful structural integrity. The wood has a gorgeous natural luster. Shows minor, honest age-appropriate wear consistent with its 1950s origin. Spline joinery is tight and secure. Bottom paper labels are exceptionally well-preserved and highly legible, as shown in the photos.
