Details: Solid crystal paperweight of the US Capitol dome. Wide band of crisscross cuts around bottom, then bands of alternating panel and vertical cuts. Hexagonal pinnacle. Straight cuts on bottom. Marked on bottom with Waterford's acid-etched old gothic hallmark.
