Wedgwood Jasperware Dark Blue Medium Trojan Jug/Pitcher

Condition: Very good pre-owned vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Minor discoloration at top of handle. 

Details: Medium tankard style pitcher with rope-twisted handle, cobalt blue body, and white eggshell-glazed interior.  Applied decorations in white porcelain include grapevine garland around collar, four women and two cherubs in classical dress bringing offerings to a burning brazier, and laurel garlands at joins of handle to body. Impressed on bottom is "WEDGWOOD" and "MADE IN ENGLAND".
