A fantastic piece of World War II aviation history: an original, authentic AN-MK 23 MOD 1 miniature practice bomb. These 3-pound cast iron munitions were heavily utilized by the U.S. Navy and Army Air Forces during WWII to train pilots and bombardiers in dive-bombing and precision targeting.

- Crisp Factory Stamps: This piece features exceptionally clear, legible markings compared to most surviving examples. One side is deeply stamped with the official ordnance designation: AN-MK 23 MOD 1. The reverse side features the foundry/manufacturing batch stamp: SMC F6 PS.
