Details: Small clear glass plates with wheel cut starburst center, cut ribbed design near edge, and floral 'darts' at six equidistant points. The edge of the plates is covered by a sterling silver 1/4"rim with repeating floral design. On each plate the side edge is marked with the Watson Company maker's mark followed by 'STERLING' and J49. The Watson Company was active in Attleboro, MA from 1880 to 1955. Initially operating as Watson, Newell & Co., they were acquired by Wallace Silversmiths in 1955.
